Akua Marketplace
The marketplace is the storefront where customers discover, configure, and purchase your products. Products with pricing configured appear automatically, with no manual approval step. You can also sell outside the marketplace by sharing Offer links directly with individual customers. Each customer purchase walks through a guided install wizard, workspace allocation, optional payment, and automatic deployment. The wizard form is generated from your Package’s input schema, so customers configure their install without any hand-coded UI on your part (see CEP-0026).

How products appear

A product appears in the marketplace when it has at least one Stripe price configured and is associated with at least one deployment region. Akua does not require a manual review step. The product becomes visible as soon as it is configured. You can also sell products without the public catalog by sending customers an Offer link (akua.dev/i/<hash>). Offer links let you pre-fill inputs, lock specific fields, restrict access to named email addresses, and set expiry. These are useful for per-customer pricing, partner onboarding, and private betas. Authentication and workspace selection

The marketplace is publicly browsable without an account. Customers must authenticate before purchasing. During checkout, customers select an existing workspace or Akua creates a default one. New users can sign up during the purchase flow using email verification.
